"I totally trust you to do whatever you think looks best." This my friends, is my favorite phrase from a bride or groom after they've briefly explained to me their wedding vision. Sure, it can be nice when couples are super specific with what they want - it makes my job easy. I produce exactly what they ask for; they're stoked - end of story. BUT when I get a sense of who they are and what they dream their wedding to be, suddenly, all the potential beauty floods my mind and that's when the real magic happens. That's exactly what occurred here. I got a call from the bride and she explained to me what she and her partner had in mind and let me use my creativity and experience to design their wedding. When this scenario occurs, it actually becomes more work for me because I go down so many different paths but I have way more fun and the result is always something I am extremely proud of. Designing their wedding at the Huron Substation in Los Angeles was so refreshing. If you can't tell, I am a sucker for texture, greens and moss. Turns out, this couple was, too! If you want to get the recipe for this bouquet, I shared it over on Wedding Chicks. You might even spot some tips from me on how to arrange.
