I recently attended a Modern Calligraphy Workshop by Julia of Luminous Lines Creative. As some of you might know, Julia designed my website/logo/branding, etc. so I think she is the Bee's Knees. She has been teaching a flurry of workshops and I was so glad to finally take one. The workshop was at a new venue in Temecula called, Two Sisters Farm. Julia had us set up under the barn at the farm so we were met with sounds of cute squealing pigs and sights of goats in the distance. I provided the flowers and Julia had the prettiest take-aways for us with her beautiful writing on each item. The venue is owned by two sisters (hence the name) and it is a beautiful location if you're looking for a venue that has a different vibe than the wineries out there. I took the workshop with my Mom, (a great thought for those of you looking for holiday gifts) and we had such a good time trying to perfect our calligraphy. I've got to say, it's much harder than it looks so mad props to Julia for making it looks so easy and pretty!
